Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Schnoodle Show! We hope you'll be satisfied with your purchases!

Damaged/Faulty Items
We will happily provide refunds or exchanges for equivalently priced products at no additional cost upon both proof of purchase and image/video evidence of damaged/faulty items.

Returning Items
You have 30 calendar days from your date of purchase to contact us regarding the return or exchange of your item/s.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in it's original package (which may be opened.) We also require proof of purchase for each item.

Customers must pay shipping fee/s for returns and exchanges for any reason other than damaged/faulty items.

Refund/Exchange Process
Upon receiving the item/s: 

If the returned item/s are eligible for a refund we will refund you via your original method of payment (excluding original shipping costs.) 

If the returned item/s are eligible for an exchange and your new desired item/s are of equal or higher value than the original item/s, we will ask you to pay the additional cost and/or shipping fees (unless item/s are damaged/faulty.) If your new desired item/s plus shipping fees are lower value than the original item/s, we will refund you the difference.
